Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location: 5 to 10 business days for the United States, and 10 to 20 business days for international orders. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have entered processing and we are unable to make changes. Please email us immediately at support@marlowefinch.com if you need to cancel.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Marlowe Finch has no control over these charges.

My tracking has not updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking can occasionally pause during transit, particularly during customs clearance. If there has been no movement for more than 7 days, contact us at support@marlowefinch.com and we will investigate.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
All Marlowe Finch footwear fits true to size. You can refer to our Size Guide for EU, US, and UK conversions. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

The size I need is not available. Will it come back in stock?
We restock popular sizes regularly. Contact us at support@marlowefinch.com to be notified when your size becomes available.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 8 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us at support@marlowefinch.com and we will assess the items together. Any price difference can be settled by bank transfer.

How should I care for my Marlowe Finch shoes?
Care instructions vary by material. As a general rule, keep leather styles dry and conditioned, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and store your shoes in their original box when not in use.

Are your products vegan?
