Marlowe Finch is committed to a clear and fair returns process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any return request submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with no signs of use, scuffs, or odors
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return parcel must include your invoice or a copy of your order confirmation, with the word REFUND clearly written on it, so we can identify the items and process your request
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We will contact you to find a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale and final sale items
- Items returned more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Marlowe Finch cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@marlowefinch.com. We will assess the items together and determine whether an exchange is possible. Any price difference can be settled by bank transfer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 8 business days. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the credit to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item received is defective or an error was made on our part. In all other cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@marlowefinch.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Marlowe Finch and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
How to Start a Return
Email support@marlowefinch.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
