Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
United States
Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
International (Outside the United States)
Estimated delivery: 10 to 20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods. Marlowe Finch cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country of destination. Marlowe Finch has no control over customs clearance procedures or their associated costs.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with no signs of use, scuffs, or odors
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- The return parcel must include your invoice or a copy of your order confirmation, with the word REFUND clearly written on it, so we can identify and process your return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Marlowe Finch cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@marlowefinch.com. We will assess the items together and, if a price adjustment is required, this can be settled by bank transfer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 8 business days. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the credit to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item received is defective or an error was made on our part. In all other cases, shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
If the return conditions are not met, we will contact you promptly to find a suitable resolution.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@marlowefinch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Return shipping will be covered by Marlowe Finch in these cases.
How to Start a Return
Email support@marlowefinch.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
