These General Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on marlowefinch.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Seller Identification

Marlowe Finch is a brand operated by TOO SIMPLE, a micro-entreprise registered in France under SIREN 884664327, with registered address at 59, rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Shopify Payments automatically converts prices to your local currency at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed upon receipt of your payment confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days for the United States and 10 to 20 business days for international orders. These are estimates and are not contractually guaranteed. Customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. As a commercial extension, Marlowe Finch offers a 30-day return window from the confirmed delivery date.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@marlowefinch.com before returning your item. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by your invoice or a copy of your order confirmation with the word REFUND clearly written on it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Refunds are processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

7. Legal Warranties

All products sold on marlowefinch.com are subject to the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided under applicable French and European consumer law. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@marlowefinch.com.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@marlowefinch.com so we can find an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
